Good morning. Thank you for coming today. I’m Ron Evans from the Client Relations Department. My presentation is about the recent client satisfaction rates. Shall we start?
Certainly, I’m interested in the rates we’ve had these past few months.

That’s good to hear. Our customer satisfaction rate has increased in the month of April. However, it decreased in the month of May. So, we made a list of solutions to achieve higher rates before the end of this year. Please feel free to propose other solutions that you have in mind.
I agree with the listed solutions. I just have one more in mind. I think we should check and improve the quality of our customer service so that we can communicate effectively with our clients. What do you think?

Good point, Ms. Olsen. We just need to confirm from the Finance Department if the training of the customer service staff will be covered by the annual budget. I appreciate your active participation. Let me just ask Mr. Jones’ opinion before we end the meeting.
I am willing to coordinate with the finance department. Please advise me about the schedule of this project. I believe we could push through this one. Thank you for your suggestions, Ms. Olsen and Mr. Evans.
