My name is Rose Anne Navato, often times called by my nickname Nikki. I am 50 years of age, married and a mother of 3 kids. Currently employed in a private company for 23 years and still counting. I took up Bachelor of Science in Medical Technologist, and upon graduation, I worked for a couple of years in a Clinical Laboratory. But since being a Medical Technologist is not my dream, I didn't felt satisfied, thus I pursue my dream as a Human Resource Management and Development Personnel, by enrolling in a graduate school. The first thing I took up in the graduate school was Master in Education, Major in Guidance and Counselling. I finished all the required subjects the required practicals or on the job training in school. The reason for this, the graduate school opened a new major, which was the Human Resource Management and Development, which was my first love. I shifted to this major and pursued this course and was able to practiced it. Thus, until now I am using the learning I got from the graduate school.
