|自己紹介||My friends call me Ken. |
That might sounds manly but, that’s just the way I like it.
Somehow, it shows my natural character, strong, self-reliant, independent, and one who can’t be dictated upon. It has always been my intent, to help create a beautiful world, not necessarily pink and fluffy, but a world where the strength of THE woman, is recognized. "I always believe, women can do things, men can and can't do, even wearing a 6-inch heel."
I sent myself to school and took up a Bachelor of Arts in Infomation in Technology. And never miss out on free self-enhancement seminars, offered by different groups, that further sharpened my abilities, personally and professionally.
When I was in college, I was always on the dean’s list, despite my having to balance my time, with my studies and working in a BPO company at the same time. Hard work and dedication, was the reason why at the young age of 18, I’ve been designated as a Team Leader by my superiors.
And at one time, I have handled 15-30 agents and commanded their respect and adulation. Honestly, it was scary to be handling such big responsibility at first, but I took the challenge because, it offered a big opportunity for me, to test my leadership prowess. It was my first job, and I wasn’t expecting, that I get promoted in so short a time.
I know, that to whom much power is given, comes great responsibility, and I believe, I excelled in that department. I did not only lead my team to perform better, but I also inspired them to become better persons using my favorite MDAS method; Multiplication of patience, Division of time, Addition of attentive listening and subtraction of irritation.
|経歴・資格||It has been 3 years, since I started building my career in the BPO industry, as a call center agent, and later I transitioned to other online jobs such as virtual assistant, Tele-marketer and now focused as an ESL teacher in the last 5 years. |
I have taught students from China, Japan, Vietnam, Iran, Iraq, Korea, and Turkey. I potent myself, on how well and effective I was as a teacher, not only on the performance review by my superiors but most importantLY, how I was I able to touch my students’ lives, while we were on the course of the English class.
The best compensation is the sincere gratitude of my students.
So here I am, offering English lessons, in the most conducive setting, and in a very affectionate way.
I assure you, there will be no dull moments with me, and you’ll never regret having me as your teacher.
Go, Grow, Glow!
