What’s commendable about the company is its commitment to excellent customer service. I truly admire how consistent it is to meet, and oftentimes, exceed, customer satisfaction. Its goal to stay ahead of the curve is admirable.

Sasha

I’m glad to hear those compliments. But what improvements do you believe the company needs to work on?

Nick

Allowing employee autonomy is an opportunity area for the company.

Sasha

Could you elaborate on that?

Nick

It’s important to keep the employee performance and behavior in check, but giving them a sense of independence to do their job will show that the company trusts them. It’s also a way for them to improve by stepping out of their comfort zones not strictly bound by the rules.

Sasha

Nick

Yes. Working in this company has been a wonderful experience. I met and worked with amazing people. I took on challenges, learned a lot, and realized I have hidden potential. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work here.
