READ

Few weeks after his job search, the Human Resources Manager, Mr. Adams, meets Mr. Evans for his final job interview.

Good morning, Mr. Evans. Please take a seat. I’m Mr. Adams, the Human Resources Manager of PharmaCare. You are applying as one of our Marketing Staff. Please tell me something about yourself and why you are the right person for the job.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management at BCD University. I have great attention to details and problem-solving skills. I also took a Master’s Degree in Marketing to improve my knowledge and I was able to make and sell new products in my former job.

That is impressive. You included in your resume that you worked for Best Tuna Corporation for five years. Why did you leave your job when you are already in the Quality Assurance Department?

That is a good question. I enjoyed working there for five years but felt ready to work in a new environment. To be a Marketing Staff in your company excites me because it gives me a fresh start while using and improving those that I have learned from my last job.

Very well. I believe you can be a great member to our company. Congratulations. I’m hiring you as our Marketing Staff. You can start working next week. Do you have any questions?

That is amazing. I don’t have any questions. Thank you for giving me this opportunity, Mr. Adams. I won’t fail you and PharmaCare!
