 Good morning, Mr. Evans. Please take a seat. You might be wondering why I called for a meeting today, but, first of all, I want to thank you for your countless efforts that you have done for our company. |

Indeed it is. You and your department made a great team. Our sales have seen significant growth these past few quarters, and according to reports, it is your team we have to give thanks to. Our marketing campaigns are effective in expanding our customer base, and as a reward, you are promoted to be our corporate marketing manager. Your staff will receive promotions and performance bonuses as well. |
