They used online questionnaires and made phone calls to potential clients.

Anne

Wow, they sure put a lot of effort into it. Who were the respondents?

William

Oh, the demographic was quite broad. It included consumers aged 15 to 50.

Anne

From students to graphic artists, most likely. What did they find out?

William

According to the results, 60% of the respondents preferred video
editing software packed with features but with a simple interface.
They didn’t mind paying more, as long as the application was easy to understand and use.

Anne

Interesting. I guess we have a lot to work on if we want our service
to be a game changer moving forward.

William

Agreed. There’s a possibility we might enter into a joint venture with
a Japanese company, too.
