4. ship
  -to send a product to a customer
  We ship books out to New Hampshire every month.
5. cash on delivery (COD)
  -a method of doing business in which a company will transport goods to a customer and take payment for the goods at the time they are given to the customer
  We insist on payment in cash on delivery without allowing any discount.
