Mr. Davies calls for a team meeting lead by Mr. Evans to hear the latest updates about their ongoing project.

Good afternoon, team. I think everyone is aware that we have an ongoing project and I am glad to see everyone working hard on their individual tasks. Today, Mr. Evans will update us regarding the progress of our project. The stage is yours, Mr. Evans.

Thank you Mr. Davies. A pleasant afternoon, everyone. As you see, I have prepared a short presentation today to report some updates on the progress of our ongoing project. Take a look at the graph that we have here. It shows that last month, we have achieved a high percentage rate of 99% in our project’s progress.

That is a good sign. Can we maintain the high percentage rate of 99% to 100% for the coming months before we finish the project?

I believe we could achieve that. We have been seeing progress for the past months. It is mainly because of our hard work and continuous flow of ideas to improve the project.

I agree with that. The project’s progress rate has been increasing monthly so I think we do not need to worry about it for the mean time. Do you have any suggestions on what we should do next?

Since we have been achieving and even going beyond our target rate, all we can do for now is to observe the project’s progress and continue with what we are doing. That is the latest update for our ongoing project. Thank you everyone for coming.
