Marco

I consider myself to be adaptable. I’m a flexible person that can readily adapt to new situations.

All right. Could you share an instance when you applied
that?

Marco

Sure. During the production of an ad campaign, I once had to make a split-second decision. The client requested that the entire theme of the campaign be changed in the middle of production. Rather than redoing, I decided to make it my mission to integrate both concepts. It was well received by the client.

Tony

Okay. So, would you say you’ve lightened the load of your staff?

Marco

Yes. As a manager, I feel it is vital to recognize when adjustments must be made to ensure that no one is harmed.
