PART B_2

Hi, Emma! Could you share your workout routine?
Sure! So, I work out every day for 20 minutes. First, I’d do some stretching, then I’d proceed to 20 repetitions of squats.

I see. Then what’s next?
I also do 10 push-ups and 10 walking lunges.

Are the lunges for each leg?
Correct! Also, for my arms, I use milk jugs as dumbbells. That’s 10 for each arm.

Do you also do planking?
Of course! That’s second to the last of my routine. I’d plank for 15 to 20 seconds. Then, I’d finish off my workout with 30 repetitions of jumping jacks.

You sound like a fitness expert!
Stop it! My routine is actually for beginners.
