PART B_2

Hi, I am Ron. How about you?
I am Emma. Nice meeting you, Ron.

It is my first time seeing you here, are you newly employed?
Yes, I am. I just started working here last week.

How was your experience so far?
So far so good. I am really feeling well about this company compared to my last one.

How did you say so?
I can see that people who work here are in high spirits. It is new to me as I  never saw such kind of attitude towards work in my previous company.

That is right. I have been working here for the past five years and people here have always been happy with the working environment, the management, and other benefits.
Yes, I am glad to hear that. I was previously employed in a black company. Are you familiar with such?

Not really. Please tell me more about it.
Basically, these are companies who are exploitative of their employees. In my case, we were paid little to no overtime pay. Aside from that, we barely have a social life as we are required to report to the company almost every second.

I see how that can be demotivating for an employee.
Yes. I am very glad I am in this company now.
