because of my heavy workload.

I see. I think that’s a good idea.

I agree. Physical activity boosts brain function and memory,
two factors that influence performance. As a result, it’s likely that
healthy people who are physically active have greater cognitive
capacity at work.

I couldn’t agree more.

You know, I am always in awe of the tall buildings I see
when I commute on foot. After a few weeks, the change in
how I feel is beyond belief. Would you like to walk to
work with me?

Sure! I think that’s a great idea. When do you plan to commute on foot again?
