PART B_2

Hi, I am Ron and I am new here at work. May I know your name?
Sure, I am Emma. Nice meeting you, Ron. How is your first day?

It is actually good. I just noticed that some people here are giving each other the cold shoulder. Why is that so?
That happens usually with co-workers when they get caught up in an argument.
Don’t worry, things will get better between them soon.

I really hope so. Maybe they just have to talk things out in order to avoid having trouble with each other.
Yes, that would be the right thing to do.

What are the things which they argue about?
Most of the time it is about their ideas and suggestions which tend to clash.

How do people in the office deal with it?
Sometimes they try to fix these things between people
but most of the time they just opt not to meddle.

Is that so? How do you think these can be avoided?
I don’t really think it is possible to avoid such in an office but it can be minimized at least.
What we can do instead is focus on the bigger fish we have to fry, that is our own works.

I will keep that in mind. Thank you.
