I see. That is really saddening.
Yes, it is. The situation got even worse when her manager let the real people involved to get off the hook. She was really devastated by that.

How is she doing right now? How do you help her cope?
Most of the time, all I can do is to sympathize with her. I always try to make her feel that someone listens and understands her.

That is something which she really needs in times like these. It is good that she has you by her side.
