Museums are also in-charge of research and presentation of the historical materials for entertainment and education purposes.
In the early days, museums were not open to the general public. Only the rich and educated people could visit museums, so most people were not interested in exploring them. However, as time pass, people realized and suggested that museums should be more open to the public, especially to children because it is a way for them to learn from the past.
