PART D_2

Tokyo has an excellent transportation system which includes trains, subways, buses, and taxis. The two best ways to get around Tokyo are trains and subways which are connected to each other. The “Tokyo Loop Line” is the most useful train line which could be used if one is planning to visit Shinjuku. The fare could be paid using subway passes or prepaid cards. Since subways and trains are more convenient, very few people use the Tokyo Bus system. So, it is good for people who like less-crowded vehicles. The bus fare could be paid using One-Day Bus passes or prepaid cards and in cash through fare machines. Taxis in Tokyo are easy to catch so it is convenient for people who have luggage. However, the fare is quite expensive which could be paid in cash or credit card. For example, if one is going to Shinjuku Station from Tokyo Station, it will cost around 3,500 yen.
Getting around Tokyo is a great experience. Choosing the right transportation system is important so that one could enjoy getting around Tokyo.
