Body Language
Words are not the only way to show our emotions. We also use non-verbal communication, like folding our arms. It is important to know our body language. This is especially true when talking with people from different cultures.

We use body language, for example, to show our emotions, ask questions, and share information. Our faces have over 90 muscles that display surprise, happiness, and other emotions.

Foreigners’ body language or expressions are confusing. This is because body language is different from place to place. People who travel abroad or work in international business have a strong need to understand body language in other cultures. Before dealing with people from other cultures, consider your own body language.

The last thing you want to do is annoy a friend or lose business because of a misunderstanding. Having knowledge of the body language of others will take time, but it’s crucial to avoid miscommunication.
