Adobo
Adobo is a popular Filipino dish that has a sweet and salty taste. To cook a 4-serving adobo, you need to prepare 1 kilogram of meat and cut it into pieces. You can use either chicken or pork or you can mix them together. The other ingredients are 1 head of crushed garlic, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 cup of water. After preparing all the ingredients, stir-fry the garlic in a pot until it is golden brown then add the meat. Add vinegar, soy sauce, and water and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat is tender. Lastly, add salt, pepper, and sugar to make it tastier.
