Agricultural Crisis in Japan

Japan has been experiencing an agricultural crisis over the past years. They are only able to produce half the agricultural products the country needs. According to research, the Japanese government must import at least 20 percent of Japan’s annual food requirement. However, these imports are still not enough to provide the needs of its people. Because of this, many researchers suggest that the government should establish a new agricultural policy. Some of which are improving the agricultural land and developing an agricultural method. Through this, the agricultural productivity will increase.
