Skydiving

Extreme sports are sports that require high physical effort. A lot of people enjoy doing these sports despite the danger it may bring. It makes them feel excited and thrilled. One of the most popular extreme sports is skydiving. Skydiving involves jumping from a high building, bridge, cliff or an airplane. People use a parachute to land safely on the ground. It is exciting for people because they get to fall in high speed while seeing a nice view. Skydiving takes about five to seven minutes in the air. This sport is said to help people face their fear of heights while giving them the chance to experience something incredible.
