There are various reasons as to why people keep pets at home. Aside for their cuteness, pets are said to enhance the mood and reduce the stress of their owners. A pet can either be bought from a pet shop or adopted from an animal shelter. Cats, dogs, fishes, birds, and small animals are some of the common pets. The two most popular pets around the world are cats and dogs. Dogs are said to be the most loving pets. They are the so called “man’s best friend” and are known to be man’s protector and helper. On the other hand, cats are said to be smarter than dogs. They can also be loving and obedient if one gets to train them well. Another reason these two animals are the most popular choices is because they can easily adapt to their owners’ environment.
