LESSON GOAL

Let’s check our lesson goal. In this material, you will learn how to use the past tense form of verbs. You will also learn new vocabulary.

この教材では、動詞の過去形を使って話す練習をします。

GRAMMAR POINT

この教材では、動詞の過去形を使って話す練習をします。

過去形は基本的に、動詞の語尾に~edもしくは~dを付けます。一方、この法則と違う変形をする不規則動詞もあります。

ex. He played baseball in high school.　彼は高校では野球をやっていました。

ex. I lived in Kyoto.　私は京都に住んでいました。

ex. She bought a pen.　彼女はペンを買いました。
