Female Leaders Lead
Some countries acted fast when the pandemic started. As the virus spread beyond China, it seems that some countries led by women had smart ways to fight it.

The President of Taiwan, Tsai Ing-wen(ツァイ インウェン), was one of the first to realize her country was facing danger. Her first strong actions included stopping airplanes from China and making more face masks and shields.

She became the first female president of Taiwan in 2016. Since then, people have liked her for what she’s done, in addition to dealing with the pandemic. She has made significant financial plans in the semiconductor (*) industry. People praised her for keeping relations with countries such as the United States and Japan while handling problems with China.
Some experts believe she will be remembered in history, considering what she achieved.
