Automobile industry
The Japanese automobile industry is one of the largest industries in the world. Japan has been in the top three countries that manufacture cars since the 1960’s. Japanese automakers stay focused on improving and innovating the cars they manufacture.
Automobile companies rely on many supporting industries to produce quality cars. A single car is composed of 20,000-30,000 parts that even the largest automobile companies cannot produce themselves. Because of this, they outsource products to local and international manufacturing companies. This is to assure that every car they make is safe and reliable.
