Formal education for women started to arise and spread around the world in the 19th century. In the present time, women are also capable of performing just as well as men when it comes to academic achievements.
Women’s liberation on higher education gave them an opportunity to work on their desired careers especially in the corporate world. Though gender discrimination is still evident in some companies nowadays, women are still able to work harmoniously with men to achieve their individual career goals.
