Equality has been one of the most common issues these days. Some people experience situations that do not provide them with their rights as a person. They usually experience it at school, work, or in public places. The feeling of not having the same rights as others affects people’s performance at work or school. They also feel that they are not important in the society that they live in.
In order to achieve equality in society, every person should be given the same rights despite their nationality, skin color, gender. Some people are doing actions to achieve and improve it. These days, most people achieve the same rights at some point. At work, anyone has the right to apply and work in a company. In most countries, those who reach a certain age are given the same rights to join and vote during local and national government elections. These situations encourage equality and could be the start of something better for societies in the future.
