Sustainable production promotes the creation of goods and services in a non-polluting way by limiting the use of natural resources and toxic materials that are harmful to people and the environment. Basically, it aims to “do more and better with less”. It is also about providing access to basic services, decent jobs, and improving the quality of life. Sustainable production must also be safe for workers, consumers, and communities. This benefits the environment, workers, communities, and the likes in the long run. This could also increase production without putting the environment and people at risk. It is also a way to save the Earth for the future generation.
