This is to make sure that syndicate groups will not be able to acquire money from their victims. Cryptocurrency is a digital form of money to secure transactions online. The current leading cryptocurrency in Japan is Bitcoin. After the largest cryptocurrency scam incidents of Mt. Gox and Coincheck, Japan’s financial regulator has increased its security to fight against scams. Analysts believe that by applying unified cryptocurrency regulations and by encouraging countries to work together, cases of money scams will drop.
