Emma, let’s go. I don’t want us to be caught in the traffic today. Our friend’s wedding venue is two hours drive from here.
We could just ride a taxi there. You don’t have to drive.

I prefer to drive. We can avoid traffic that way. Besides, a taxi ride is expensive.
Don’t worry about the fare. I can pay for both of us.

Just pay for the gas. Don’t worry. I always drive safe. Now, come on or else we’ll be late.
