It’s quite alright. You’re only 10 minutes late, and I’ve just arrived. I’m late, too. It just so happen that I came in earlier than you did.

The traffic congestion here is really bad. I drove here from my place for about two hours when it should normally take me 45 minutes.
At least you are in the comfort of your own car. I had to take the train.

Oh, no. How insensitive of me.
It’s no problem, really. It’s just unfortunate that my car’s still being serviced.
