His second suggestion is to go back to her room with her roommate. I agree with the first suggestion because it offers a permanent solution to the problem. Waiting for her roommate can be inconvenient for both of them as they have their own schedules. On the other hand, waiting for a week for the admin office to give her a new key may take long but it will completely solve her problem.
