EX-ERNESTO DAIRY VP TO HEAD HOLMAN HEALTH

April 17—It was announced today that Carla Stark, vice president of Ernesto Dairy of Premium Ice Cream fame until January of this year, would become head of Holman Health Inc. as of April 20.

Holman Health, a giant in the dietary supplement industry, has been looking to replace its CEO Bud Rollins, who has indicated publicly on numerous occasions that he and the firm’s board of directors cannot seem to agree on anything.

It is reported that Holman Health shareholders have great expectations for Stark to work the same magic she did for Ernesto—Stark was responsible for creating the Premium Ice Cream brand which resulted in Ernesto acquiring a surprising 20 percent share of the gourmet ice cream market.

TO: Cliff Mercola, Human Resources
FROM: Barbara Wang, Sales & Marketing
DATE: November 4
SUBJECT: New employees

Although the manager of our department set the number of new employees for Sales & Marketing at the annual meeting two weeks ago, I feel there is a need to rethink the situation.

The results from the market research conducted for our new line of cross-training sportswear have come in, and the response is less favorable than expected. This is an indication that we would need at least three more new employees in Sales & Marketing to handle the task of promoting the line.

This matter needs immediate attention but our manager is on vacation and will not be back until Monday.
Would it be possible for you to meet with us on Tuesday to discuss the hiring situation? I look forward to hearing from you.
