Hello everyone, my name is Ryan Micah and I am thrilled to be here today to talk to you about my passion for teaching English as a Second Language. With over 8 years of experience as an ESL teacher, I have developed a range of effective skills and strategies to help students of all ages and backgrounds learn English.

One of the things I love about teaching ESL is the opportunity to work with students from around the world. Having spent more than 2 years teaching abroad, I have gained a deep appreciation for different cultures and the unique challenges that learners face when studying English. This experience has also helped me to become a more flexible and adaptable teacher, able to adjust my approach to meet the needs of each individual student.

As an ESL teacher, I believe that it is essential to create a positive and engaging learning environment. I strive to create lessons that are fun, interactive, and relevant to my student's interests and goals. By using a variety of teaching methods, such as games, role plays, and real-life scenarios, I am able to keep my students motivated and engaged throughout the learning process.

Whether I am teaching young learners or adults, I am committed to helping each of my students reach their full potential in English. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed, and as a teacher, my role is to provide them with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals.
