I graduated from a university majoring in hospitality and tourism.
I worked in a BPO industry as a customer service representative.
I also have worked abroad as a guest service agent where I was able to interact with different nationalities and learned different kind of cultures.
In my experience teaching English for more than 2 years, I have met many different people.
In addition, I was able to learn a teaching method that suits each student.
Through these experiences, I was able to greatly hone my conversational skills and deepen my knowledge of English.
