Intake Coordinator- My first job was in a BPO company as an Intake Coordinator for a year. I had to speak English at all times since our clients are from the USA. My main responsibility was to make cases for medical professionals from the USA so that they will be paid for the services they provide their patients.



Front Office Associate- I worked in the hospitality industry as a frontline in a boutique hotel. Not only did my responsibility need me to check in and check out guests. I was also the telephone operator and handled customer complaints and payments.



ESL Tutor- I have been an English As Second Language (ESL) Tutor for almost four years now. I teach kids and adults. I handle basic English lessons, business English, and IELTS speaking practice. I'm keen on details and I'm a very dedicated tutor. I always make sure to establish a very friendly and comfortable teaching environment.
