I’ve been working for about 7 years now, mostly in communication, customer service, and international client support. For almost 5 years, I worked in customer service, using English every day to talk with customers and help solve their problems. Then, for the past 2 years, I’ve been supporting non-native English speakers as an International Client Assistant — helping them express themselves more clearly and confidently.

I have a degree in Computer Science, so I love using technology to make online classes smooth and fun. But more than anything, I’m really passionate about teaching! I enjoy creating fun, personalized lessons that make learning English easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. 😊
