I hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, and I have been working as a BPO or call center employee for over 7 years. Working for a BPO company has helped me improve my English language skills. Despite not having the English Teaching Certifications, I have equipped myself with the necessary skills and knowledge to teach English effectively with the use of the internet and advanced technology.
