As a business consultant for almost 2 years in a BPO company, it is my duty to interact and have a professional communication in the phone to answer customers’ questions, requests, complaints while offering the concrete solution. As an online ESL tutor for almost 6 years now, I have taught young and professional learners English and evaluate their performance based on set guidelines.
