I've been working in the call center industry since 2007 starting to work for Dell Computers as technical support with sales, and a Customer Care Support with more than 10 years experience. I have handled accounts or campaigns such as vehicle finance with insurance upsell at General Motors, as a financial advisor with JP Morgan & Chase, as education advisor for Education Advance EDU, food distribution in Easy Meals AU, and telecommunication for companies like Telstra and Verizon as customer and technical support.
This experience has made me a team player and a professional in handling customers. I have learned how to calm agitated customers politely, be patient, and never rude, and offer solutions to their concerns.
