I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Music from the University of Santo Tomas. I also moonlight as a writer and as a singer at times when I am not here teaching at Weblio. I used to work as a customer service representative for Australian companies for five years in the past and I learned a lot of transferrable skills from my experience there such as dealing with conflict, socialization, and problem solving among others.
