Greetings! My name is Preston, good day. I began working as a part-time ESL teacher at an English Academy in 2009. I worked with tweens and teens. It's advantageous, in my opinion, because I could give them more self-assurance as they express themselves in English. I also worked as a call center agent for various accounts in the U.S. and Canada. I was a reservations specialist for hotels and airline tickets. I processed orders for flower shops. I worked with a financial account as a customer service representative. And lastly, I was a temp agent for a pilot account in retaining customers. I now work as a freelance ESL teacher from home because it is more fun and less stressful. And when you're working from home, you don't have to battle traffic and weather constraints. I impart knowledge through assisting expatriates, professionals, and students in improving their skills. I am the type of teacher who encourages pupils to speak freely and constantly introduces new vocabulary to them, in addition to simply teaching them the lessons from the textbook.
