My name is George Jr. E. Alayon, and I am delighted to introduce myself as a passionate and dedicated educator. I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in English, and I am a licensed professional teacher. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Arts in Teaching English at the same esteemed university from which I graduated.



My teaching journey began in March 2022 when I started working as an English Tutor. In this role, I had the privilege of teaching English as a second language to Korean students. I designed and delivered tailored lessons ranging from basic English to advanced Business English, adapting my teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of my students.



During my time as an English Tutor, I developed a comprehensive understanding of language acquisition and the unique challenges faced by non-native speakers. I employed a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, multimedia resources, and real-life simulations, to create an engaging and effective learning environment. My goal has always been to not only teach the language but also to instill a love for learning and a confidence in using English in practical, everyday situations.



In addition to my tutoring experience, I have also participated in various professional development workshops and seminars focused on innovative teaching techniques, curriculum development, and classroom management. These opportunities have allowed me to stay current with educational trends and continuously improve my teaching practice.
