経歴/資格
I am a graduate of Mass Communication, major in Broadcast Communication with a master’s degree in Development Communication. The most recent job post I held was as a Human Resource Manager, specifically focused on Recruitment and Training & Development. In that line of work, I conducted monthly orientations and trainings for newly hired employees. Moreover, I created and facilitated a leadership workshop for supervisors and managers. The said workshop included teaching them English business writing skills, the proper conduct of a job interview and training the trainer, as well. I also had one-on-one tutoring experience with friends, colleagues and sometimes, their children, as my students.

Hi! I am Elsbeth Estremera from the Philippines. Helping people has always been my passion. In all of my previous jobs, it was my constant motivation in getting the work done. I spent half of my career giving advice and coaching people in various aspects of their lives. This also includes giving lessons in improving their English writing and communication skills. Through this, I was able to help them achieve their personal goals, such as passing entrance exams, doing well in job interviews, and even reciting declamation pieces for school programs and beauty contests.
I believe that knowledge of the English language is a very important skill needed in achieving most people’s dreams and reaching their full potential. And this is why I decided to become an online English tutor – to be able to reach and help more students across the globe. I hope you become one of my students.
