Hi, I'm Jess, an enthusiastic ESL teacher with one year of experience helping students improve their English skills. Before stepping into teaching, I spent a decade in the call center industry as a customer service representative and financial advisor, where I honed my communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. When I'm not teaching, I love staying active through exercise and unwinding with a good movie.
