Being a teacher is a noble profession in the field of teaching. Choosing my career is my passion, and I want to deal with diverse learners. Making a lesson plan is one of the crucial things to do before conducting a class. And also inject classroom management before the instruction and apply varied activities to make the class lively. In my own opinion not only the students learn from you but also you can learn from your students, sharing experiences in life that would help to motivate the learners. Most importantly we should know how to assist our dear future learner because every learner has there own learning style. That's all about so far what makes a great teacher!
