Hello! My name is Raizah and I’m absolutely thrilled to be part of Weblio. It brings me great joy and fulfillment to join a platform that shares my passion for education and language development. Let me tell you a little more about myself—my background, my journey, and why I’m so excited to be your teacher.



From a very young age, I always felt drawn to teaching. Growing up, I admired the way my teachers made learning engaging and meaningful. They inspired me to dream big and strive for excellence. That inspiration turned into a dream, and that dream led me to pursue a degree in Education. Choosing to become a teacher wasn’t just a career decision—it was a calling that has shaped my entire life.



I graduated with a degree in Education and went on to become a Licensed Professional Teacher. From the start, I knew I wanted to work in environments where I could make a real difference. I was fortunate to begin my teaching journey in a ESL company for Chinese, where made me love and admire teaching language. Working in a e-classroom has given me rich and a whole new experience in teaching with a wide range of learners, and it has taught me the value of patience, creativity, and flexibility in teaching.



In the process, I also got hire as a Private School teacher where I juggle doing the job that I love the most.



For the past four years, I have worked as an ESL teacher, and this experience has deeply enriched my teaching approach. I’ve taught learners of different nationalities, ages, and skill levels, each with unique learning styles and goals. These experiences taught me how to customize lessons, use creative tools to keep students engaged, and most importantly, build a positive and supportive classroom environment.



I firmly believe that every student has the potential to learn and grow, and my job as a teacher is to bring out the best in each of them. I aim to build not only their English skills but also their self-confidence. In every class I teach, I try to make my students feel comfortable and excited to learn. Whether it’s correcting grammar gently, encouraging conversation, or celebrating their progress, I am always cheering them on.



Teaching ESL online is something I truly love. It allows me to connect with students from different parts of the world, share cultural exchanges, and watch students evolve in their communication skills. It’s incredibly rewarding to see a student who once struggled with simple sentences become a confident speaker over time. That transformation fuels my motivation and reminds me why I chose this path.



Joining Weblio is a dream come true for me because it allows me to combine everything I’m passionate about—teaching, English, and helping others grow. I admire Weblio’s commitment to providing high-quality education and creating opportunities for learners everywhere. Being part of this mission inspires me to give my best every single day.



In my spare time, I love reading, watching educational videos, and learning new things—especially anything related to education and language development. I believe that as teachers, we must always keep learning so we can better serve our students. I also enjoy creating fun, interactive activities that make language learning enjoyable and effective.
