Hi, I’m Claudio Balontong. I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Development Communication (BS DEVCOM) in 2018 and have also taken short courses in Cooking, Baking, and Food & Beverage.

I’ve worked in different industries — from hospitality and real estate to customer service.

I spent seven years as a call center agent, where I learned how to handle various types of customers, provide effective assistance, and resolve issues using technology.

These experiences helped me build strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills that I carry into every opportunity.
