I graduated taking Bachelor of Arts in English where in one of the major subjects is Teaching English as Secondary / Foreign Language. Although I was not able to teach students right after going to college, my English language skills has been honed. I applied what I learned and developed my writing to become better and it started with my first company when I was assigned to an international account or service that responds to enquiries via email which is US-based. With the second company I applied into, it was also US-based account and we were catering via live chat. I was trained to think faster as responses were prompt and real-time due to the platform used to connect with the customers. And lastly, with the latest company I applied into, it was also an international account but now, an Australian business and I was taking in phone calls for a year and voluntarily switched to taking in chats for another year. Those work experiences helped me a lot for improving my English.
