I am a TESOL-, TEFL-, and TEYL-certified English teacher with over 10 years of experience in both online and classroom settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching students from 13 different nationalities, including Taiwanese, Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, and many more. This multicultural exposure has strengthened my intercultural communication skills and enabled me to adapt my teaching methods to suit each learner’s background, level, and goals. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a student-focused, communicative, and interactive learning environment. I believe that students learn best when they are actively involved, encouraged to express themselves, and guided to use English in real-life situations. I incorporate open discussions, role-plays, and practical exercises to help learners develop confidence, fluency, and critical thinking skills. I integrate reading and writing activities to enhance vocabulary, comprehension, and overall language proficiency. My TEFL and TEYL certifications, earned through my previous company, provided me with extensive training in teaching both young learners and adult students. I continuously seek opportunities for professional growth to ensure my teaching approach remains engaging, effective, and up to date with modern methodologies.
